Welcome to my composing site.

Composing for me is not a hobby, nor a profession. I simply found listening and playing music not enough. Questions such as: “What is music?”, “Why/How does it matter?” and “Why do we keep searching for ever new experiences in sound?”, can only be reasonably answered by engaging with music creation. It is a personal journey in which facing, overcoming, sometimes embracing, one’s limitations is inevitable and instructive.
I hope you enjoy exploring what I found. Here are some examples:

Schaukelpferd, played on the guitar
by Richard Harding in 2020 (1'20")

Ekimae - for violin, cello and piano played by
the Fidelio Trio in 2006 (6' 29")

Concentric - played by Richard Harding (guitar)
and Phil Hargreave (flute) 2008 (2' 19")

Reflections played on digital piano by Robin
Hartwell in 2018 (1' 48")
